This Privacy Policy describes how Site ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name, and job role. This information is used to identify you within your jobsite team.

Location Data
With your permission, the App collects your device's location in the foreground to tag hazard reports with GPS coordinates. With your additional permission, the App collects background location to detect when you enter or leave a registered construction jobsite (geofencing). Background location data is used only to trigger an on-site check-in and is not stored beyond what is necessary to determine site presence.

Photos, Files, and Voice
Photos you take or upload are attached to hazard reports, daily updates, JHA records, or incident reports. PDF documents you upload are stored for safety documentation purposes. Voice recordings made within the App are used solely to convert speech to text and are not stored after transcription.

Usage Data
We collect information about how you use the App (screens visited, features used) to improve performance and fix bugs. This data does not personally identify you.

Push Notification Token
If you grant notification permissions, we store your device's push notification token to deliver jobsite alerts. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the App and its features
• Enable real-time communication within your jobsite team
• Send you relevant push notifications about your jobsite
• Detect your arrival at or departure from a jobsite
• Maintain safety records and incident logs
• Improve and debug the App

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

Your information is shared only with:

• Members of your jobsite and company — your name, role, on-site status, posts, and reports are visible to other members of your registered jobsite and company.
• Supabase, Inc. — our backend infrastructure provider, which stores data on servers in the United States.
• Anthropic, PBC — when you use AI features, your query and relevant site context are sent to Anthropic's API. No personally identifying information beyond what you include in your query is transmitted.
• Stripe, Inc. — when you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our users.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below. Safety records (hazard reports, JHAs, Form 301s) may be retained for longer periods as required by applicable occupational safety regulations.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Photos and files are stored in private, access-controlled storage buckets. We use industry-standard security practices, but no system is completely immune to risk.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by adults (18+) in a professional construction environment. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to restrict or object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy in the App or by email.
